Luminous, Glowy and Healthy Skin


When you wake up , first thing you should have warm water with honey and squeeze some lemon drops in it, drink it...

Give yourself half an hour break then eat either an apple or kiwi...
Eat as much raw veggies as you like ( but dont mix fruits with veggies)...give them at least 45 min break between them...

Try to stay away from anything that contains oil or cream for and drink alot of water.

Warm water with lemon and honey,
honey , honey, honey is just amazing......do it for three days and u'll see the difference, i know i do.
